It makes me a bit sad when people tell me how lucky I am to have a husband who cooks and cleans. I'm lucky to have a functioning, contributing adult? Aren’t there more of them? Why don't you also have one? 🥺 I work 56-63 hours minimum every week. Ain't tryna do it ALL alone. 😅

To all the folks referring to Sodom and Gomorrah to condemn LGBTQ folks and Pride Month... This is what the Bible actually says about the sins of Sodom. Sodom was "ARROGANT, OVERFED, & UNCONCERNED. They did not help the poor and needy." Those were the sins of Sodom.

Five months into the year we've paid $11,000 of our $14,000 health insurance deductible so far. 😑 Kind of hope something happens the 2nd half of the year so our insurance gets to contribute towards SOMETHING this year.

This year has not been great. Spent about $5,000 in medical bills just for me this year and now a $1,000 deductible for hail damage. And still need to pay IC taxes for the entire last year. 😑

“They’re never going to make a movie about us if you don’t start being a cool girlfriend” says my husband. I ask for examples of movies with “cool girlfriends” and all he offers is Lord of The Rings and Everything Everywhere All At Once. 🤔
