Higher interest rates are helping to bring inflation down. This means the speed at which prices rise is slowing. We expect inflation to fall further this year. b-o-e.uk/MPR-Nov-2023 #inflation #MonetaryPolicyReport

We are starting to see some promising signs. Inflation has begun to fall, the economy is growing, and unemployment is low. But, inflation is still too high. We need to take action to make it fall further. b-o-e.uk/MPR-Aug2023 #inflation
