@LesLukach @AyalaBaseball Odd deals all around. Riverside area has a tiered conference where two teams in the middle tier are ranked higher than teams in the top tier. Arlington is league champ in Ivy and D3. Sunbelt teams Rancho Chr. & Valley View are D2. What’s the point of tiered leagues anymore?

.@AyalaBaseball got hosed in the playoff bracket. Three loses by one run and they have to travel to a third place team as a league champion. The algorithm favors the name on the front of the jersey over current state of affairs with teams. That’s a bad deal.

@SteveFryer The system is broken. North hills 5 in over north hills 4 in the same division. They have completely ruined league Play if you're not an auto qualifier. Unbelievable. If you’re not one of the top teams in the league CIF is telling you to go beat up on bottom feeders. See troy sch

Some of us were fairly certain that the final ratings were going to be the final ratings that would determine the final everything that the CIF Southern would use, so we kind of hung around and did other stuff while waiting for the final ratings.
