Hey everyone late update got rushed back in 3 days ago with ulcer on hip bleeding then yesterday at 7:30 am est I started getting real shallow breaths with pain. So test all day and at 12:05 am I had surgery for collapse right lung. @sammisilber Heartbreaking game but what a season. They did way better than anyone thought. Ovi got his record - after missing 16 games WITH A BROKEN LEG. They made it to Round 2, 1 better than last year, and the energy in the Arena was off the chain this year.

The Capitals season comes to an end in a heartbreaking 3-1 loss to the Hurricanes.

@sammisilber A lot of high scoring games to start the season. If they can improve the defense a bit, they may be unstoppable.

Celebrating the start of my eighth (!!!!!) season in the Capitals press box with my teammate, the amazing Austin Bond. So grateful and blessed to cover this game. Started as a 20-year-old kid with a dream. Never give up.

@sammisilber I thought they started out the game on fire with a lot of shots on goal that the Devil's goalie stopped. The energy seems better than it did last year. Once they get in a few more games it should help.

@jbwb2020 They won't get my investment dollars until they deliver on their NFT promises, including The Walking Dead game where the NFTs are (were) supposed to play a big role.

And now, in late 2024, they are going back to the market, with the begging bowl in hand. They are seeking investment from the public space in what is commonly known as a private equity placement raise. However they are doing so as a completely unlicensed and unregulated entity with no SEC Clearance. Their investor deck doesn't even include the standard Risks and Disclaimers Notifications that are legally required for a raise of this nature. The entire raise is an SEC Violation and needs to be investigated immediatly to ensure that people do not lose their money. And so that you do not need to share your email with these clowns, here is their entire investor deck.

Despite their best efforts to expunge their original history, they were originally founded by Gwen Stefani and Paul Camuso. Do not trust Dave Broome or Paul Camuso in this space whatsoever. Back in late 2023, Orange Comet apparently raised over $7m in funding however failed to deliver on both The Walking Dead, Interview with the Vampire and the Scottie Pippen RFKT Clone Project. What happened to all the money? Prior to those projects they had rugged multiple NASCAR and NFL communities with NFT projects, which were, it turns out, precursors to the 'Pass' Concept that they constantly recycle to scam you out of your money. @jbwb2020 Or all of the above. How are we to believe that they can get something done with $5M after virtually nothing other than the NFTs - and they don't even seem like they're doing that anymore. $47,500 up front + 8.5% + monthly fees. They must be desperate for money.

WTF? Their broker is taking $500,000? Lolz. Either a scam or a con. And on top of that these clowns have raised over $30,000,000 since 2021 and they've not been able to deliver on a single project! Literal WTF! Where is all the money going? Who is stealing, mismanaging or imbezzling it?

I see that OrangeComet is offering investments on their webpage with some amazing perks. I think I'll pass until they deliver on what they promised on NFTs - like IWTV and Mayfair drops, a trip to Prague, and so many more. Thanks but no thanks on a t-shirt or hoodie.

@JohnnySGTau It's on their website. They even explain the difference between Kickstarter and their offering. And they are still trying to convince us that they are a premier gaming company with lots of games coming out

@jbwb2020 And what about all these other funds they've raised. Reading through their investment paper, the max they can raise is just under $5M - it seems like that won't last for long (and it seems that their brokwr will keep about 10% + fees.

Oh and their private equity placement is technically operating without license and regulation. #SEC really should take a look at them. Every single one of their projects fails the Howie Test, especially when it comes to their marketing. What happened to the $7m they raised last year? They spent it already? On what? They haven't delivered anything whatsoever.

#GodsUnchained this is a Web3 card game that I enjoy playing. They have amazing support. I recently had trouble signing in and they worked with me until the issue was resolved, as opposed to another company that just told me to check my internet connection.
