Hold on folks, this one is going to take a minute. I am posting a DEMAND FOR IMPEACHMENT OF DONALD J. TRUMP - I, Robert Fanning, am posting this in hopes of getting the attention of someone who knows how to initiate a petition demanding that Impeachment Procedures be enacted under Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution of the United States of America. Article II, Section 4 reads: "The President, Vice-President, and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors." This section of our Constitution is, first of all, part of the original Constitution, not an amendment, and two, allows for impeachment of not only Donald J. Trump as President of the United States of America, but J.D. Vance as Vice President, as well as Mr. Trumps entire Cabinet, whoare all complicit in the allegations to be stated in this document. Impeaching Mr. Trump would serves absolutely nno gainful purpose whatsoever. Mr. J. D. Vance would simply move up into the office of President of the United States of America, and Mr. Vance is every bit as evil and corrupt as Mr. Trump, as is Mr. Trump's entire Cabinet. So, by only eliminating through impeachment Mr. Trump, as enacting the 25th Amendment would do, with r. Trump gone, it might give us all a warm and fuzzy feeling for a while. But once we realize that nothing has changed, we'll wish we had enacted Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution, cutting off both heads of double headed serpent,, and chopped p the entire body, ridding us of the whole snake. We have so many allegations that warrant impeachment, that there would be absolutely no question that these impeachment proceedings should, and must, be imposed immediately. While some of these allegations are simply just that right now, they can, and will, be proven, so long as our Congress acts with respect for their constutuents, and with complete honesty and are non-biased. This is NOT a partisan issue, it is a moral issue, as well as an issue of the Citizens of these United Sates of America being recognized as every bit as important as any human being, with Gopd given rights and opportunities to pursue life, liberty, and justice for all. It is a matter of preserving our cherished Democracy, along with the freedoms and rights that that are integral part of this Democracy, something that Mr. Trump has no clue as to what that means. I'm going to list severl allegations against Mr. Donald J. Trump. Many of these allegations could stand alone as a reason for impeachment, but I believe that the illustrious Mr. Trump deserves to feel the full weight of his actions, just as he has brought the full weight of his actions to bear against us These allegations, which are only the tip of the ice berg, as I see and remember them are: 1) Mr. Donald J. Trump, when he was sworn into office as President, took an oath to obey and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. He has violated this oath many times in the course of his actions since January of 2025. To me, that is an act of Treason and, by itself, is cause for imeachment and imprisonment. And his Cabinet is complicit in that they made absolutely no effort to take action against Mr. Trump and his blatant misuse of the Office of the President of the United States of America. Some examples of these are: A) Invading Venezuela, an act of war that was made without Congressional approval. B) Invading Greenland, again an act of war, and no Congressional approval. I might addd that in neither case was our presence requested by either country. C) Silly as this one may sound, Mr. Trump, single handedly , decided to change the name of the Gulf of Mexico, to the Gulf of America. This is an attack on the Sovern Nation of Mexico, and could have been considered an at of way. Additionally, he ordered that all maps be altered to reflect this name change which, to my knowledge, has been done. No one I know is taking this name change seriously, and still call it the Gulf of Mexico D) The deaths of innocent citizens of the United States of America, at the hands of I.C.E. agents, can and absolutely must be attributed to Mr. Donald J. Trump. I.C.E. is a federal agency, therefore under the ultimate control of the President of the United States of America. Two (2) of our fellow citizens of these United Sates of America died at the hands of I.C.E. needlessly, murdered in cold blood. It was obvious that something of this nature would happen, as I.C.E. was out of control. It should have been obvious to Mr, Trump as well, given the violent acts that I.C.E.agents were perpetrating on a regular basis against innocent citizens, as well as the people they were arresting as illegal aliens. They still deserved to be treated with some modicum of dignity and respect. Did Mr. Trump do anything at alol to stop these atrocities? NO! He did nothing at all. But yet could see violent acts in Democratic states, and sent unwanted, unneeded, and unrequested military troops to those states to stop supposed acts of violence, primarily because they are primarily Democratic states. And it's no secret that Mr. Trump hates Democrats. In regards to the [two] deaths at the hands of I.C.E. agents, Mr. Trump should be charged with 1st or 2nd Degree Murder, in that he could have prevented those senseless murder of U.S. citizens by reigning in I.C.E. at the first signs that they were out of control, but he did absolutely nothing. E) Mr. Donald J. Trump declared was on Iran, by himself, with no approval of Congress. Was the United States of AmerIca in imminent danger from Iran? NO! We had already eliminated Iran's nuclear capacity to wage war against the U.S., according to Mr. Trump. So where was the imminent danger, which is the only reason a sitting President can declare war on his own, without prior Congressional approval. F) Mr. Donald J. Trump, in total disregard and disrespect for innocent human life, citizens of Iran who were guilty of nothing more that being tired with the tyrany of their current regime, threatened them with total and completed annihilation of the entire race of Iranians. This is incomprehensible, cruel, immoral, and totally thoughtless. Even though he denies it, it is this writers belief that the only interest Mr. Trump has in Iran is their oil, at any cost! G) Allegedly, Mr. Trump is a Pedophile and/or a child molester. While there is reported evidence of these atrocities, I've yet to see any. But, if these allegations are true, those who are accusing Mr. Trump of this behavior must come forward with their evidence, bringing veracity to their accusations, so he may be brought to justice on these atrocities. H) Mr. Donald J. Trump has had the East Wing of the White House, a piece of American history, demolished so he can honor himself and build a "Ball Room" in his name. All this has been done with absolutely no Congressional approval. I) Mr. Donald J. Trumpis going out of his way to gut Medicaid, and raise the cost of medical care in the United States of America, making it, if not impossible, then verry difficult to afford health care in this country, especially for the elderly. Health care is something that should be mandatory for all to have access to, regardless of ability to pay. But yet our government can afford lavish houses, the best medical care that money can buy, have no worries where their next meal will come from, can afford wonderful paid vacatuions, in elegant places in luxurious accommodations, gourmet meals, etc., all paid for by those who have to work two or three jobs just make ends meet. I could go on, there seems to be no end to the calloused and indifferent ways that our glorious leader, Mr. Trump, has to keep the little people down, all the while furthering his agenda, to keep the oppressed demoralized, while maintaining the opulence of the rich, all the while keeping the demoralized, hungry, sick, and oppressed just as they are, in servitude to the wealthy. Our freedoms and rights are in terrible danger today, all thanks to the actions of a meglomanical egotistic tyrant. If we don't stand together against Mr. Donald J. Trump, he will crush our heads, all the while with a big smile on his orange face saying, I beat them, I beat them, na na na na na na! I've said this before in many of my posts on Social Media platforms, it's sort of my trade mark or motto, "It's time to take out the trash, dump Trump!" In actuality, the time to get rid of of Mr. Trump passed a long time ago, we're now overdue. He is a person which I believe will go down in history as the absolute worst president in the history of the United States of America. If we, as fellow citizens of the United States of America, a country that we love and treasure, stand together peacefully against Mr. Trump and his evil cohorts, and write, email, and/or call our representatives to demand the impeachment of Mr. Donald J. Trump, Mr. J.D. Vance, and this administrations entire Cabinet. We must peacefull protest! Together, as one, we have the numbers to be heard and defeat Mr. Trump and his cohorts soundly. As the old saying goes, and holds true to this day, "United we stand, divided we fall." Let us stand together my fellow Americans. Let us stand together and make our voices heard.
