@jwcutler I totally agree here. It seems to me that if industry and government would get a greater return on better supporting education. It is less expensive to train there than for two or three years after they hire them.

The cost of training students outside the class environment for research projects is incredibly high, especially when they leave for industry early. It would be nice if industry would invest in this type of training.

Got space technology? If you got the youth involved, imagine all of the terrestrial applications they could find? The challenge is, will you share and support youth education? Time to give back!

@jwcutler How about funding more STEM education with aerospace engineer donations?

I wish academic life would encourage one to slow down and really invest in the education of our students, both as humans and engineers.

@cboshuizen @blueorigin You can afford going to space because of the invention of the CubeSat for student education. How about starting a Student Space Education Foundation and making a contribution to it?

If you want to interest students in learning about space and learning to build things that can go to to space, what grade do you start?

How about a surcharge be applied to every CubeSat, PocketCube and CanSat launched that is put into an International Education Fund that is used for international STEM education?

How do we get more STEM education into the K-12 schools?

I recognized a need for a less expensive launch in 2005. After many designs to try to use the P-POD, we got our first launch in 2013 using the MR-FOD launcher. Thanks to many the less expensive launch is now possible with PocketQube.

Do you know how long from the need of the PocketQube was realized until we launched the first ones?
