When you meet a kitten and it's mutual love at first sight, or first cuddle. But... Bear had just been adopted by one of our nieces so he already had a home so I had to leave him behind. I miss Bear! Don't tell Boofus!!

October 9, 2025... The day I got the final proof of my new book "Forever Hilanders". Once I approve it (and I plan to before the end of today) we'll be on the final leg of this process. Print it. Promote it. Sell it!

Roughly a year ago, I had a seed of a thought for a new book. After months of writing, editing, and interviewing many of my former Paintsville Hilanders teammates, I have now approved the production of this book! We will have it soon. Stay tuned!

@Sean_Poe1 Wow. Not sure who wore 19 but I'll find out. Very cool that you have this Hilanders jersey!

@BobWilber5 This is great! Although it has some aging spots and stains, I own an original Hilanders jersey (#19) that was passed down to me along with some Paintsville Yankees team signed balls, bat, etc... absolutely love the history behind them. Can't wait to read the book!
