@Citi hey! So your system has been shutting down my company cards MULTIPLE times a day every single day for “potential fraud” for charges we make all the time. It’s taking hours a day on to deal w/ and causing massive issues with logistics HELP!!!

@bobbyberk @Citi I had this booking flights out of the Middle East because I was making so many attempts to book - I had notifications n the app and by sms to enable me to deny that they were fraudulent and immediately unblocked the card.
