BI VISIBILITY DAY We say no to biphobia, there is no need for Bi+ people to prove their sexual attraction or to defend their feelings for anyone. Today we are focusing on helping to build a supportive community that can help Bi+ people feel comfortable with their sexuality.

This week (July 12th - July 18th) is DIABETES WEEK. An important week to raise awareness and help reduce the physical, mental and emotional impact that diabetes has on people’s lives. In 2020, almost 500 000 people with diabetes will experience mental or emotional health issues.

Today is International Non-Binary People’s Day which is an important day for visibility and raising awareness about gender expansiveness. BGF stands in solidarity with the non-binary community and will continue to support and leverage their voices.
