Does anyone know how do I go about disconnecting service with @VivintHome due to failure to provide service

@VivintHome the customer service rep just disconnected the call and no one has called back for over 20 minutes. I would just like to disconnect my service.

@VivintHome so now I’ve just been told no technician is coming and I need to be rescheduled for a 4th time because the technician quit and is no longer with the company.

Disrespect will close doors that apologies can’t reopen….
