so with tonight's @AmericanAirdelays and delays that would've meant sitting in the airport waiting for a connection for six hours we opted to get a rental car and drive but now I've been waiting for 2 1/2 hours for our luggage. It's here just nobody cares enough to get it for us.

Oh, @AmericanAir you sure have made our July much harder than it should've been. Tonight marks the third week in a row, where we have had flight delays to the point of missing connections and having to rebook or fly in a different cabin than what we booked and paid for.

@nationalcares Well, as you know, we’ve had multiple DM‘s now and I still have not had even a start of a resolution to my problem. I’ve been working on trying to get my tire fixed for three hours. We’ve got one hour until we have to check out of hotel and have a 2 Hr drive ahead of us-help!!

@nationalcares Really?! It does not seem you do care. We have a flat tire and have been trying to get your customer service to help get roadside assistance set up-somehow they can’t find the reservation even with the confirmation number license plate etc Been on hold, hung up on
