I keep it simple. 150mg/wk Test Prop 150mg/wk Tren Ace 150mg/wk Primo 20mg/day Var 40mcg/day Clen 4mg/wk Reta 2mg/daily KLOW .5mg/daily MT2 2 IU/daily HGH AM when I remember to take it 2mg/daily Tesa PM Recent additions 20 units daily Thermogenix .5 ml SLU-PP-915 (today is first day) Supplement stack: Beet Root  Citrus Bergamot  Glycine (Powder & Capsules)  Milk Thistle  NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide)  Nattokinase  Nitric Oxide Booster  Omega-3 Fish Oil  Potassium + Magnesium  Sleep Aid Complex  TUDCA  Ubiquinol  Vitamin K2 + Vitamin D3 120oz of water a day Sleep min 7 hours with bed set to 70 degrees and ambient room temp at 68 180g protein 200g carbs

I keep it pretty simple: • 200 mg/week testosterone • 2 IU/day HGH • 2 mg/day GHK-Cu • 250 mcg HCG 3x/week • MT-2 as needed for tanning • BPC-157 + TB-4 only when I'm dealing with tendonitis Beyond that, I still take a bunch of the usual health supplements, vitamins, minerals, fish oil, CoQ10, antioxidants, and a few longevity/cardiovascular supplements, but honestly I'm planning to let most of those go once I work through the mountain of bottles I already own. I'm getting tired of taking handfuls of pills every day and want to see how I feel with a much simpler approach. I'm evolving to believe the basics are probably enough.

Because at age 40 I suffered a bad neck/nerve injury and was in chronic pain and weakness for 6 months Orthos wanted to do a spinal fusion at c6c7 to relieve radial nerve compression. I said let me try peptides and trt+ first. I healed it with that. No surgery necessary. And it's all been awesome.

Literally anytime someone asks, I tell the truth. The moment I started TRT in Novemeber, I've been open about it and never said otherwise. It warps the reality of realistic health and hard work while dissuading others through unrealistic goals and expectations. Use it. I don’t care. But own the use.

It's that, but it depends on who I'm interacting with. For employees, I'll be direct and progression. But with my childrens, I'll be quick to yell loudly if my they disobey. Probably faster than I should Slightly less patience. But it's not aggression. This depends on things though. Like fed/calorie status. Stimulants, etc
