Perfect example of “don’t fix what isn’t broken.” The fetish with blasting an unnecessary load of compounds is out of control nowadays, and it’s thanks to internet twinks that weigh 150 pounds pinning 2g test + 1g tren. “N=1 bruh!” Mike, you’re crushing it dude. If you feel great and the gym/libido/metabolism/et al is doing wonderful, don’t change the dose.
💯Mike Appy aka Crema💯@DigitalFringed1

This is my maintenance at 100mg of test a week I feel perfect, so no need to change anything Bloodwork is all good other than 1 marker, but it's heading in the right direction

Everyone says getting lean is hard + staying lean is even harder… But.. Body fat is highly estrogenic (captures + decreases free testosterone). Testosterone is anabolic to muscle + catabolic to fat; Objectively, once you’re lean you should stay lean… Unless you did this:

Define "juicesld to the gills". I'm on 200mg/week test plus some primo. This pic is me 💯 natty at ave 36 You're like 20 - you have no idea what's effective for guys over 30 especially when they need lifestyle peformance fasting is one of the least optimal things you can do if muscle, performance, and well being are priorities How do I know? Because I was you at age 26 - cutting/bulking with 16/8 fasting. Yea it worked when I still had the buffer of youth to fall back on

@BodyRecompExprt you’re juiced to the gills and 40+ You have a great physique that no doubt took tons of work You should be proud of that But some guys don’t want to focus on fitness their whole lives and still look great Fasting is the answer for those types

Peptides are cool but once you realize there's like 4 that are worth knowing about and it's about as deep of a subject as multi-vitamins you can concentrate on other stuff

@345marcel That's pretty much the stack Reta, the repair stack (BPC, KVP, TB I consider one cocktail), HGH, HCG, and Melanotan 2 I'll still play with others- but I really don't expect anything to have a real impact like these have

Nobody, that’s who. No one needs to hear it from you. Who gives two shits if it falls under the medical definition of TRT? The average physician or person in the medical community couldn’t get somebody squared away on a solid TRT if their life dependent on it. And of course it’s performance enhancing. Everything we do is to encourage and promote our better performance in life. Your whole Twitter is built around teaching men how to dress better and more professionally and stylishly which is what? Yep, a tool used to help one perform better in business, socially, with women, etc. “Performance Enhancing Style.” Be more self-aware and stay in the fashion lane. Pontificating and being pedantic towards men outside of your sphere of expertise (men’s fashion) is not your forte.
WellBuiltStyle@WellBuiltStyle

I don’t know who needs to hear this but… If your “TRT” has your test well north of ~1000 ng/dL, that’s not TRT. That’s PED use. TRT = restoring normal physiological levels, not pushing beyond them.

@BodyRecompExprt @roguewealth Well it’s cheating in the sense that those taking them (and gear) are taking a shortcut to achieve the same (or the impossible). It’s also cheating in the sense that it’s illegal unless prescribed for obesity.

Friend of mine after being on tirze for about seven months. Happy. Healthy. No food binges. No drinking. Sunny disposition. Anyone who tells you glp1s are cheating, has no idea what they’re talking about. These things will usher us in a healthier age. We need healthy humans.

@alexaaronlab If true, it simply means you have incredible muscle building genetics and the work ethic to utilize it There's no real magic And to be honest, it will make it harder for you to coach regular people with averagd genetics and mid discipline.

The ONLY anabolic I have ever touched is 140-160mg/wk Testosterone Cypionate. Not tren, var, dbol. Nothing I won an npc regional show overall as a 17 year old FULL natural btw. You don’t have to believe me idc peak.you

@drmarlonperalta The issue is taking HGH and Testosterone make you infertile. Much better to keep levels above 800 ng/dl naturally. Lifting heavy, sleep well, eat well.

Here's a threesome your wife wouldn't mind. Retatrutide permanently flips on the switches for: - Fat-burning - Protein-to-glucose conversion Add growth hormone to release fatty acids from fat stores. Use testosterone to protect the muscle.

@fastrlife Sorry bro, fasting is an overrated gimmick when compared to just eating a healthy, micronutrient rich diet with calories aligned to goal
