@Grimm_kkz33 Korra's group is so weird bc almost everyone in it has slept with each other at one point 🤢 Also, Mako has zero chemistry with anyone I feel, he only pairs well with his own brother. Bolin is best boy.

Octopath 0 is the first entry in the series where I feel like quitting before seeing it through to the end. Locking key gameplay features behind main story/quest progression + focusing on the villains, which often have the worst writing in Octo games, is a devastating combo 💀

@NomDGames 1 > 2 > 0 (not done with this one yet) so far for me. 1 feels like it had the better world, classes, and difficulty. And I said this as someone who started with 2, so it wasn't about nostalgia either.

@silver_yaknow The Hoshidan cast is just a charisma vacuum despite the cool designs. They have like 4 memorable characters max. The royals are esp devoid of any soul. People trashed on Nohrian characters for being "gimmicky" but at least they have sth you remember them for outside of bad stats

My bad Elise is appropriately the "worst" royal bc she's literally a baby🥹 I do try to use her a lot bc I love her ofc but trying to turn her into a bad version of Camilla is a strange idea people seem to have nowadays that was rightfully considered a joke at launch 🤡

Elise joins early + offers unique utility and Leo, while probably the "worst" royal still doesn't take much investment to be good and has the niche of hitting Res even if Camilla can do it too with some uncontested investments (nothing wrong with having 2 Res-hitting units)

Getting back into Conquest bc FE has been meh after Fates, and istg I can talk about this game forever. You need to go back, IS. Anyways: Wyvern Elise sucks Mozu and Servant1 deserve the early Heart Seals Camilla doesn't need WL and is the best Bolt Axe and Spirit Dust user

TL;DR Play your way and play favourites, but at the end of the day, it's an excel game with more units than deployment slots available, and the numbers say it all. Everyone can be biased, and it's an objective fact that the game designers were biased towards the royals 😛

Not to quote a Kardashian but this is basically the shit I've been dealing with in the past few months. Nowadays, it's basically trust no one but yourself. I'm glad that I have a small but reliable family I can count on at the very least. Life is rough.
