Final Round Recap Cadillac Championship | Trump National Doral Cameron Young closed wire to wire with a final round 68 to win the Cadillac Championship at -19, six shots clear of Scottie Scheffler. The margin was never in serious doubt on Sunday. The story of the day was Adam Scott, who shot 64 in Round 4 to finish T4 at -11, matching the tournament low Young set in Round 1. 1. Cameron Young (-19) / 68 2. Scottie Scheffler (-13) / 68 3. Ben Griffin (-12) / 68 T4. Adam Scott (-11) / 64 T4. Sepp Straka (-11) / 66 T4. Si Woo Kim (-11) / 70 T7. Alex Noren (-10) / 69 T7. Alex Smalley (-10) / 69 T9. Alex Fitzpatrick (-9) / 67 T9. Kurt Kitayama (-9) / 67 T9. Rickie Fowler (-9) / 68 T9. Matt McCarty (-9) / 71 T9. Nick Taylor (-9) / 71 T14. Lucas Glover (-8) / 67 T14. J.J. Spaun (-8) / 67 Notable Names: Cameron Young (1st, -19): Young went 64-67-70-68 for the week and led every single round at Trump National Doral. He bogeyed 11 on Sunday for a brief moment of tension, then closed. His Round 1 64 set the standard for the week and the field never caught him. Wire to wire in a no cut event against a world class field, six shots clear at the end. Adam Scott (T4, -11): Shot 64 in Round 4 on the Blue Monster. Scott opened with a 76 in Round 1 that buried him, then played the next three rounds 71-66-64. On Sunday he was the best player on the course, moving from T23 -3 entering the day to T4 -11 at the finish. The 64 matches the tournament low. A stunning final round from a player who had nothing to play for on the leaderboard except his own standard. Scottie Scheffler (2nd, -13): Shot 68 on Sunday to close solo second. Scheffler entered the final round at T2 -9 and played a composed Sunday, gaining four shots while most of the chase pack either stayed flat or fell back. He came to Doral ranked first in the world and left with the best finish behind the winner. Ben Griffin (3rd, -12): Shot 68 in Round 4 to close the week. Griffin went 70-70-68-68 for the tournament, two 68s to finish and lock up solo third. He entered with no conversation around him and leaves with a top three finish in a full field PGA Tour event. Sepp Straka (T4, -11): Shot 66 on Sunday, six under. Straka was T12 -5 entering the final round and gained six shots on the field to finish T4. He was not in the leaderboard conversation until the back nine on Sunday. A 66 on the Blue Monster earns the mention regardless. Si Woo Kim (T4, -11): Shot 70 on Sunday, two under. Kim entered the day at T2 -9, part of the three-way tie six back of Young at the start. He gained two shots but the players around him moved faster. Finishes T4 in a week where he had real position entering the final round. Alex Noren (T7, -10): Shot 69 on Sunday, three under. Noren went 74-69-66-69 for the week. His opening 74 cost him. His last three rounds average 68. A strong back end of the week that started from too far back. Alex Fitzpatrick (T9, -9): Shot 67 in Round 4. Fitzpatrick went 72-66-74-67, a week with a real high in Round 2 and a real low in Round 3 that dropped him from T6 to T16. He answered on Sunday with a 67 to climb back inside the top 10. His first PGA Tour event on a full card. Kurt Kitayama (T9, -9): Shot 67 on Sunday. Kitayama went 76-64-72-67 for the week. An opening 76 and a Round 3 back step meant he spent most of the week outside contention. His Round 2 64 and Sunday 67 show what he is capable of when the round is working. Rickie Fowler (T9, -9): Shot 68 on Sunday. Fowler went 69-70-72-68, finishing stronger than his Round 3 72 suggested he would. Closed clean inside the top 10. Kristoffer Reitan (T14, -8): Shot 73 on Sunday, one over. Reitan entered the final round at T2 -9, tied for second and six back of Young. He was the only player from that T2 group to finish over par on Sunday. He went 70-68-69-73, the front end of the week undone by a rough final round.

Final Round Update Cadillac Championship | Trump National Doral Cameron Young bogeyed 11 to drop his lead from seven to six, but the board around him is mostly flat. Adam Scott is the story of Round 4, eight under through 16 holes from nowhere on the leaderboard entering Sunday. The only real question left at Doral is who finishes second. 1. Cameron Young (-17) thru 11 T2. Adam Scott (-11) thru 16 T2. Ben Griffin (-11) thru 11 T4. Alex Noren (-10) thru 12 T4. Kristoffer Reitan (-10) thru 11 T4. Scottie Scheffler (-10) thru 11 T4. Si Woo Kim (-10) thru 11 T8. Alex Fitzpatrick (-9) thru 16 T8. Kurt Kitayama (-9) thru 16 T8. Alex Smalley (-9) thru 13 T8. Nick Taylor (-9) thru 12 T12. Lucas Glover (-8) F T12. J.J. Spaun (-8) F T12. Rickie Fowler (-8) thru 14 T12. Michael Kim (-8) thru 13 Notable Names: Cameron Young (1st, -17): Young bogeyed 11, the first dropped shot of his Sunday. The lead is six, not seven. He is two under through 11 holes today and still has the back nine in front of him. He has led wire to wire all week. Six clear with seven holes to play, the wire to wire win is still his to close. Adam Scott (T2, -11): Eight under through 16 holes. Scott entered Round 4 at -3 and T23, and has been the best player on the golf course all day. He has played 16 holes in eight under par on the Blue Monster, one of the most demanding tracks on Tour. He cannot catch Young from six back with two holes to play. But this is the round of the day and it is not particularly close. Ben Griffin (T2, -11): Three under through 11 holes on Sunday, holding the position he built all week. Griffin entered the day at T5 and -8 and has added three more shots. Six back of Young with seven holes to play. He is not threatening for the title. Quietly and without drama, he is running down a second place finish nobody predicted Thursday morning. Alex Noren (T4, -10): Three under through 12 holes today, the most active of the four players sitting at -10. Noren entered Sunday at T8 and -7 and has picked up three more shots. Seven back of Young with the back nine still in play. Scottie Scheffler (T4, -10): One under through 11 holes on Sunday. Scheffler entered the day at T2 and -9 with every expectation of making a run. He has made birdies but Young gained more. Seven back now with the back nine ahead. A 64 on the way home could make things interesting. Anything less and this is a frustrating Sunday despite a solid week. Kristoffer Reitan (T4, -10): One under through 11 holes today. Reitan shared T2 entering Sunday and, like Scheffler and Kim, has not closed the gap on Young. Seven back with the back nine to play. Si Woo Kim (T4, -10): One under through 11 holes. Kim entered Round 4 at T2 and -9 and has picked up one shot. The problem is Young picked up two before the bogey on 11. Seven back now. Alex Fitzpatrick (T8, -9): Five under through 16 holes on Sunday. After Saturday's 74 dropped him from T6 to T16, Fitzpatrick has answered with one of the best rounds on the board today. He entered Round 4 at -4 and has climbed to -9. His first full week as an official PGA Tour member ends with a Sunday charge on the back nine at Doral. Kurt Kitayama (T8, -9): Five under through 16 holes, matching Fitzpatrick shot for shot on Sunday. Kitayama entered the day at -4 and has been one of the quieter movers in the field. Nobody has talked about him. He is inside the top 10 with two holes left. Rickie Fowler (T12, -8): Three under through 14 holes on Sunday. Fowler entered the day at T12 and -5 and has added three shots. Climbing but not threatening. Still moving with four holes to play.

Round 3 Recap Cadillac Championship | Trump National Doral Cameron Young shot 70 on Saturday to push from -13 to -15, stretching his lead to six shots entering Sunday. Three players sit at T2 and -9: Scottie Scheffler, Si Woo Kim, and Kristoffer Reitan, all of whom shot 69 in Round 3. Young has led every round of this tournament. 1. Cameron Young (-15) T2. Scottie Scheffler (-9) T2. Si Woo Kim (-9) T2. Kristoffer Reitan (-9) T5. Ben Griffin (-8) T5. Matt McCarty (-8) T5. Nick Taylor (-8) T8. Alex Noren (-7) T8. Akshay Bhatia (-7) T8. Alex Smalley (-7) 11. Michael Kim (-6) T12. Sepp Straka (-5) T12. Andrew Putnam (-5) T12. Rickie Fowler (-5) T12. Jordan Spieth (-5) Notable Names: Cameron Young (1st, -15): Young came into Saturday with a five shot lead and left with six. He shot 70 on a course that does not give 70s away for free, stayed out of trouble, and watched the field fail to close the gap. He has led wire to wire and enters Sunday as the heavy favorite for his second PGA Tour win. Scottie Scheffler / Si Woo Kim / Kristoffer Reitan (T2, -9): All three shot 69 and share second, six back of the leader. Scheffler entered the day at -7, Kim at -6, Reitan at -7. All three made up ground. Six shots at Doral with one round to play is a mountain. Scheffler is the kind of player who can find 63. Ben Griffin (T5, -8): Shot 68 on Saturday and climbed from T11 to T5. Griffin has been quiet all week in the sense that nobody talks about him, and extremely loud in the sense that he keeps making birdies. Four back entering Sunday. Nick Taylor (T5, -8): Taylor entered the day tied for second. He shot even par 72 and held his position at -8, but the board moved around him and he fell to T5. Still in range. Six back with 18 holes to play. Alex Noren (T8, -7): Noren was -1 entering Round 3 and was not in the conversation. He shot 66 Saturday, one of the lowest rounds of the day, and climbed to T8 at -7. He is eight back, but a 66 on the Blue Monster earns the mention. Akshay Bhatia (T8, -7): Bhatia was the mid round story, six under through 13 holes and pressing toward the leaders. He finished at 67 and -7. That is still a five under Saturday on the Blue Monster and a real climb from the -2 he started the day with. Michael Kim (11th, -6): Kim shot 65 today. Low round of the day. He came in at T48 and is walking off at 11th. He is not winning on Sunday. But 65 on the Blue Monster does not happen by accident. Jordan Spieth (T12, -5): Spieth entered Round 3 tied for second. He shot 75 and fell to T12. He needs to gain 10 shots on Young in the final round. A lot has to go right. Alex Fitzpatrick (T16, -4): The debut hit its first real wall on Saturday. Fitzpatrick shot 74 and fell from T6 to T16. A double bogey on hole 3 sent the round sideways while finishing with a bogey on 17 and 18. He was one of the better stories through two rounds. Sunday is a chance to end the week clean.

Round 3 Leaderboard Update Cadillac Championship | Trump National Doral Moving day earned its name. Akshay Bhatia entered the day at two under and is six under through 13 holes, climbing to T4 and sitting four back of Cameron Young, who opened Round 3 with a bogey and slipped from -13 to -12. 1. Cameron Young (-12) thru 1 T2. Jordan Spieth (-9) thru 2 T2. Nick Taylor (-9) thru 1 T4. Akshay Bhatia (-8) thru 13 T4. Matt McCarty (-8) thru 6 T4. Alex Smalley (-8) thru 2 T7. Ben Griffin (-7) thru 9 T7. Scottie Scheffler (-7) thru 5 T7. Gary Woodland (-7) thru 3 T7. Kristoffer Reitan (-7) thru 3 T11. Michael Kim (-6) F T11. Alex Noren (-6) thru 14 T11. Kurt Kitayama (-6) thru 6 T11. Taylor Pendrith (-6) thru 4 T11. Brian Harman (-6) thru 4 T11. Si Woo Kim (-6) thru 4 Notable Names: Cameron Young (1st, -12): Bogeyed hole 1 and gave back one of the five shots he built in Round 2. Still the leader by three. The final group is early and the Blue Monster is not offering freebies today. Akshay Bhatia (T4, -8): The biggest live mover on the board. Bhatia was -2 at the start of the day and has gone six under through 13 holes. He climbed from outside the top 25 into a share of third and is four back of the lead with five holes to play. He was not in the conversation this morning. Alex Fitzpatrick (T21, -4): He entered Saturday at T6 and -6, carrying one of the better debut stories of the week. Four holes in, he is two over and sitting at T21. Moving day came for him early. Ben Griffin (T7, -7): Griffin has been one of the steadier players on the course today. Through nine holes of Round 3 he sits T7 at -7, picking up a shot and climbing from T11 entering the day. Michael Kim (T11, -6): Opened at 74 and came in at T48. Went out in Round 3 and shot 65. He is finished and sitting in a share of 11th, waiting to see if the board holds him or buries him. Alex Noren (T11, -6): One of the quiet movers today. Noren was -1 entering Round 3 and has gone five under through 14 holes. Inside the top 15 with four holes left to keep adding. Kurt Kitayama (T11, -6): Shot 64 in Round 2 after opening at 76. He is back at it in Round 3, two under through six holes and sitting in a share of 11th. He does not quit. Scottie Scheffler (T7, -7): One under through five holes, T7 at -7 and five back of the lead. The best ball striker in this field on a course that rewards it. He is not gone. Adam Scott (T25, -3): Shot 66 on Saturday and jumped 36 spots after opening at 76. Out of contention from day one. He played like he had something to prove anyway.

Round 2 Recap Cadillac Championship | Trump National Doral Cameron Young turned a one shot overnight lead into a five shot advantage on Friday, shooting 67 to reach -13 and separate himself from the field. Nobody put pressure on him today. He took advantage. The more interesting story played out further down the board: Scottie Scheffler entered Round 2 at T27 and -1, posted a 67 of his own, and vaulted into T6 at -6. Alex Fitzpatrick shot 66 and climbed from deep in the field into contention in his first start ever as an official PGA Tour member. The low round of the day belonged to Kurt Kitayama, whose 64 came after an opening 76, a 12 shot swing that pulled him from the bottom of the field to T16. 1. Cameron Young (-13) T2. Nick Taylor (-8) T2. Jordan Spieth (-8) T2. Alex Smalley (-8) 5. Gary Woodland (-7) T6. Kristoffer Reitan (-6) T6. Alex Fitzpatrick (-6) T6. Si Woo Kim (-6) T6. Taylor Pendrith (-6) T6. Brian Harman (-6) T6. Scottie Scheffler (-6) T12. J.T. Poston (-5) T12. Rickie Fowler (-5) T12. Matt McCarty (-5) T12. Andrew Putnam (-5) Notable Names: Cameron Young (-13): Young led from Round 1 and tightened his grip Friday with a 67. He extended the lead to five shots and enters the weekend as the clear favorite on a course that has been giving up low scores all week. Nobody applied pressure today. He played clean golf and went low when he needed to. Scottie Scheffler (T6, -6): He was T27 and -1 after Round 1, quiet and out of the conversation. He answered with a 67 on Friday and vaulted into T6 at -6. Scheffler is now seven back, which is a gap but not a closed door. He has erased larger deficits at bigger events. The Blue Monster rewards ball striking off the tee, and there is no better ball striker in this field. Alex Fitzpatrick (T6, -6): Cadillac is Fitzpatrick's first start as an official PGA Tour member, exemption earned through 2028 with his Zurich Classic win alongside brother Matt last week. He posted 66 on Friday and sits T6 at -6 heading into the weekend. A top finish in his PGA Tour debut as a member would be one of the better stories of the week. Kurt Kitayama (T16, -4): Kitayama shot the round of the day, a 64, after opening with 76. The 12 shot improvement pulled him from the bottom of the field into T16. Nine back of Cameron Young, but a 64 on the Blue Monster gets attention. Jordan Spieth (T2, -8): Shot 71 in Round 2 to hold his T2 position. He gained one shot on Young across the day and enters Saturday five back. Doral rewards creative, short game play and Spieth is one of the best at that in this field. He needs a low one on Saturday to apply real pressure. Nick Taylor (T2, -8): Taylor moved from fourth to T2 with a 70 in Round 2. He is five back of Young, tied with Spieth and Smalley, and has shown the ability to post low rounds at big events when he is in contention. Gary Woodland (5th, -7): Woodland enters Saturday solo fifth at -7, one shot behind the T2 pack. He played steady golf across two rounds and is in position to make a move if the leaders give him anything to work with on Saturday.

Round 2 Leaderboard Update Cadillac Championship | Trump National Doral Cameron Young is making a statement. The overnight leader has gone -4 through 9 holes of Round 2, widening his lead to four shots over the field. Nick Taylor set the clubhouse target at -8 but Young is on a different level this afternoon. 1. Cameron Young (-12) thru 9 T2. Nick Taylor (-8) F T2. Alex Smalley (-8) thru 5 T4. Matt McCarty (-7) thru 14 T4. Jordan Spieth (-7) thru 7 T6. Kristoffer Reitan (-6) F T6. Alex Fitzpatrick (-6) F T6. Si Woo Kim (-6) F T6. Taylor Pendrith (-6) thru 16 T10. J.T. Poston (-5) F T10. Rickie Fowler (-5) F T10. Andrew Putnam (-5) thru 13 T10. Brian Harman (-5) thru 11 T10. Gary Woodland (-5) thru 6 Notable Names: Cameron Young (1st, -12) thru 9: Young started Round 2 tied at the top with Nick Taylor at -8. Nine holes later he is four clear. He is not just leading this tournament, he is running away from it. Nick Taylor (T2, -8) F: Taylor set the number in the morning. He went low in Round 2 and finished the day at -8. The Canadian has done his job. Now he waits to see if Young keeps it up. Jordan Spieth (T4, -7) thru 7: Spieth is -7 total through seven holes of Round 2. Moving in the right direction and the back nine sets up well for him. Still very much in the conversation. Scottie Scheffler (T23, -4) thru 9: The World No. 1 was -1 after Round 1 and has gone -3 through nine holes of Round 2. He is back to -4 total and working his way up the board. Not out of it yet.

Round 2 Leaderboard Update Cadillac Championship | Trump National Doral Nick Taylor made his move in the morning wave, shooting up from fourth to match the overnight leader at -8. Cameron Young and the back half of the draw have not started yet. The board will look different in three hours. T1. Nick Taylor (-8) F T1. Cameron Young (-8) T3. Jordan Spieth (-7) T3. Alex Smalley (-7) 5. Si Woo Kim (-6) thru 10 T6. J.T. Poston (-5) thru 15 T6. Kristoffer Reitan (-5) thru 15 T6. Alex Fitzpatrick (-5) thru 11 T6. Nico Echavarria (-5) thru 11 T10. Kurt Kitayama (-4) F T10. Sudarshan Yellamaraju (-4) F T10. Aldrich Potgieter (-4) thru 15 T10. Rickie Fowler (-4) thru 7 T10. Bud Cauley (-4) thru 3 T10. Matt McCarty (-4) thru 1 Notable Names: Nick Taylor (T1, -8) F: Taylor was fourth after Round 1 at -6. He went low on Friday morning and now sits in the clubhouse lead. A big move from a player who knows how to win on Tour. Cameron Young (T1, -8): The overnight leader has not started Round 2. He tees off at 6:05 PM. Young needs to go low to stay clear of a crowded field. Si Woo Kim (5th, -6) thru 10: Kim is making a move through his round. Six under total through 10 holes of Round 2 is an aggressive position. One to watch as the afternoon develops. Sudarshan Yellamaraju (T10, -4) F: A name worth knowing. The rookie is inside the top 10 with back-to-back solid rounds. The leaders are still on course but Yellamaraju has set his number. Scottie Scheffler (T34, -1): The World No. 1 has not started Round 2. Still sitting on his Round 1 score. He needs something different today.
