@Jay_Tust And one of the most impressive/important parts of all of this in my mind is the absolutely CLUTCH 6/6 FT in the final 0:14 and 8/8 in the final 1:03 of the game. The ability to step up to the line, with the game on the line, in that environment, and nail every FT? Absolute ICE!

Andrews is just the third player to go 10-for-10 at the free-throw line in The Pit since the 2004-05 season. That's a legacy game right there. #BOOM

But viewership is up and FBS has never been so popular…Indiana won so we are in a great place competitively 🤔😈 Professional athletes coming back to compete in college basketball to get paid. Endless lawsuits and more coming. CFP and P2 slowly removing G6 from conversation and at minimum pricing majority of FBS institutions out (only a matter of time ACC & Big12). Endless years of eligibility. Etc. Etc. What started as true NIL (which I agree with including paying SAs) has turned into something else. The runway for most schools is short…system is not sustainable and we are 💯 living insanity. The bottom is when you stop digging. Solutions exist like collective bargaining…would provide accountability and defined expectations and guardrails for all parties (agents, SAs, coaches and institutions). Federal solution won’t happen anytime soon IMO. The #1 difference between us and professional leagues is our “why”…preparing our next generation for life. We are doing those we serve a disservice and hindsight will be too late. ADs, commissioners, head coaches, college athletics fans, donors and alums need to be vocal. We represent something bigger than ourselves…a greater purpose. Take off the blinders. Leaders need to step up and do what is right. 🙏🏼

Obviously easier said than done but solutions exist. - FBS no longer under NCAA (understand NCAA takes brunt of litigation…we can stop the bleeding) - FBS commissioner - If split division, promotion and relegation - Expand CFP - Move bowl games to zero week - Unite media rights - Transfer portal moved to end of spring - Spring ball moved to July - Collective bargaining - True cap…no more money through front AND back door - Authentic NIL done by SAs as wanted/needed…not run through departments - To become an FBS agent, you must complete a certification process Always a solution...at minimum worth a discussion. The front porch of our communities and states have too much value…we represent something bigger than ourselves 🙏🏼 Reset the table. Sept 7, 2024 Boise State at Oregon Down 20-27 in the 4Q, Notarainni recovered a fumble at BSU's 30. Ashton Jeanty happened next. Jeanty split the D, turned on the jets, and ran away from a B1G secondary untouched for the 70-yd TD run! Jeanty would finish with 192yds, 3 TDs

Easy.

It’s crazy to think that Ashton Jeanty rushed for 2,601 yards last season and didn’t win the Heisman.

Man, if Madsen doesn't get hurt there's a really good chance Boise State is 11-2 right now and getting that 5th playoff spot. This was the year the chaos could've really helped us slip in, but 1-2 too many losses this time around.
