The Great Migration A new chapter of Boithebear is about to begin, after our initial launch on Avalanche in April, which was met with an overwhelming attention and hype powered by our GrindFi/Paw points V1 system, it has become clear that the best route to achieve the bright future we know Boi the Bear will enjoy, is to pursue new opportunities on a distant land, BNB Chain. To mark this migration, we will be launching our new and improved Paw Points V2, with the leaderboard now live on our website. The details of how to generate these points is given here: boithebear.com/paw-points-v2 The journey starts in a month when we will migrate our liquidity and token to BNB chain. A snapshot of holdings of $BOI on Avalanche C-chain will be taken 6 hours prior to migration. On launch each holder will receive an airdrop sent to their corresponding EVM address on BNB Chain, so present holders don’t have to do anything. The total supply of BOI remains unchanged at 1 billion tokens, and all holders will receive a 1:1 conversion of their existing balances. In addition, we have decided to significantly extend the vesting schedules for team allocations, reinforcing our long-term commitment to the project and its vision. IMPORTANT SNAPSHOT NOTICE – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Ahead of the BOI launch on BNB Chain, a snapshot will be taken. All eligible BOI holders will receive their tokens 1:1 directly into their wallets based on this snapshot. Critical clarification regarding Liquidity Providers (LPs): If you have provided BOI as liquidity to any DEX pool, your BOI tokens are held by the LP contract, not your personal wallet. As a result, LP-provided BOI will not be visible in your wallet at the time of the snapshot and may not be eligible for the 1:1 allocation. Action required (LPs): All users who have supplied BOI to any liquidity pool must remove their liquidity before the snapshot to ensure their balances are properly recognized. Important notice regarding OTC listings: If you have placed BOI tokens in any OTC deal, escrow, or sell order, those tokens are not held in your wallet and therefore will not be recognized in the snapshot. This includes, but is not limited to: PASS Protocol (pass.ninety1.io) Any third-party OTC, escrow, or peer-to-peer deal platforms Action required (OTC): All active OTC sell orders or escrowed BOI positions must be cancelled and funds returned to your wallet before the snapshot. Failure to remove liquidity or cancel OTC orders may result in those tokens not being included in the snapshot and therefore not receiving the 1:1 BOI allocation.
