Our hope is to help promote other small family breweries, coffee shops, & whatever else we find along our travels. We are taking the week for some R&R but our adventure starts on Friday. First leg of the trip will have us in Kansas and Colorado. What should we drink!?

So you may be wondering, what's next? Well, a close friend of ours gave us this book a while back. It is a collection of short stories of the American frontier. Our family will be traveling the country for a while & hoping to help write other small family owned business stories.

It's been 1 year since our old man passed away. Luckily, we were able to made a great Pilsner to remember him by. There are only a few 4-packs left at Brew Yards and around Chicago. We're really going to miss having this beer around. Cheers Charlie!
