Kenny Omega has been healthy this whole year, but creative has had very little for him - he wrestled Swerve on TV twice with a month long gap in between, something that really should've been a big PPV feud - he got a little program with MJF and we heard from him only twice since about how he feels about losing - was off TV doing absolutely nothing until Tony Khan needed The Elite to save the Anarchy match - now his next match was announced in a video package

Kenny Omega's booking has been weird. He's barely seen week to week, but he's always ready for a big match at The Pay Per View. I assume Kenny has limited availability at the moment, but AEW is still making the most of the time that they get.

This is not a new thing for AEW… Tony Khan just wants to sign everyone so they don’t go to WWE. He signs them with zero creative for them and either throws them in the Don Callis family or lets them rot on ROH or Collision. Finlay, Ace Austin, Rascalz, Dorada, Lena Kross, etc etc Those names are just in the last few months.
