This is the most accurate description of what we’re trying to build. “Gameplay even without financial incentives” — that’s the exact test we keep running internally. Player retention over months is the real challenge, and we’re watching every session closely. Appreciate you breaking it down this clearly, Sam 🙏

I like the "game first, token second" approach. Too many Web3 games have treated gameplay as an afterthought while making the token the main attraction. That may generate attention, but it rarely builds a lasting community. If people are willing to play your game even without financial incentives, you've already solved the hardest problem. Adding a healthy economy on top of that becomes much easier. The real test now is maintaining player retention over the coming months. If the gameplay keeps people coming back, this could be an example of how GameFi should be built.❤️
