今回のKB5083769固有の不具合でBitLocker回復画面が出る条件 以下の5つの条件をすべて満たす環境でのみ発生します。 1.OSドライブでBitLockerが有効になっている 2.特定のグループポリシーが適用されている（「ネイティブUEFIファームウェア構成のTPMプラットフォーム検証プロファイルの構成」） 3.TPMチップ搭載PCであること 4. Secure Boot有効であること 5.非推奨のBitLockerグループポリシー構成が適用されている 適用する前に2番と5番のグループポリシーに注意です。 一般ユーザには関係のない不具合ですね。
