@LKKBillyHK How does digimom emperor / Kaiser (BT8-094) perform for you? Does it help a lot vs puppets, medusa etc or not so good?

@DigimonTCG_ID Based from the current rules and also from the feedback from the judge Discord, no they can't atk during opp turns. Maybe it changes in a later update but currently it isn't possible. Alos maybe they change the rules a lil because of the new wording of the new kota & yuji tamer.
