It will throw storms at your peace, shadows at your light, and I suffered many days and nights, where hope was a distant memory, and every step forward felt like a battle against a version of myself I no longer wanted to be. But the thing about darkness is that it teaches you how to see Not in the world but within yourself. It teaches you what you can survive. It teaches you what you must release. It teaches you that losing people, habits, and past versions of yourself isn’t destruction it’s Evolution 😉
