You’d think having the head of the FBI next to you would at least result in something that resembles actual analysis.
This entire thread is a chain of assumptions presented as fact, then reinforced with more assumptions. That’s not evidence, that’s called narrative building.
For example:
“When content spreads organically, timing is random. People check their feeds at different moments. They don't retweet the same post within seconds of strangers they've never met.”
The above is what I would consider anti-critical thinking and it’s simply false.
Social media platforms are not random systems. They are highly clustered and event driven platforms . Notifications, algorithmic boosts, and global peak usage periods all create bursts of engagement.
In practice actual Data Scientist regularly observe tight timing clusters in completely organic content, primarily due to:
- notification triggers
- feed refresh cycles
- shared peak activity windows across time zones
Treating “non random timing” as proof of coordination shows a serious fundamental misunderstanding of how these social media and back end systems behave.
The entire statement above written as some sort of “fact” is ludicrous. I monitor social media and website interactions constantly in my job. We actually notice there are these things called “peak periods” where tons of people tend to interact with post and content globally all at the same time.
In my industry (Data Science) this type of analysis, posted with this much confidence would be laughed out of the building and/or promptly used as a sketch pad.
If you’re going to make claims about data, you need more than intuition dressed up as analysis.

In Part II of Cash for Ballots, series hidden camera footage shows petition circulators paying homeless individuals $2–$3 per form to sign ballot petitions using the names and addresses of real registered voters and forging their signatures.
