@BlizzardCSEU_EN Hey, I recently got banned permanently for absolutely no reason. The appeal answer support gave me was because I was "AFK" in multiple games/repeatedly when I legitimately have been playing all my games properly, without afk'ing/q'ing with cheaters/bad customs.
