Had a great phone conversation with an X follower this morning and it really brought home the fact that you can’t rebuild America’s manufacturing base just by buying machines. You need talent. You need raw materials. You need time. Lead times are long. Some metals are scarce while the cost for others is high. But the real bottleneck? People. We need to train the next generation now.
