Our new paper on "Karawun", a software that converts track files (.tck) to DICOM. This allows advanced tractography to be leveraged for presurgical planning and be displayed and used during neurosurgery. link.springer.com/article/10.100…

These parcellations have cortical regions compatible with the widely-used Desikan-Killiany (2006) adult brain atlas. The cortical regions in our M-CRIB 2.0 atlas (downloadable here osf.io/4vthr/) are compatible with the Desikan-Killiany-Tourville (2012) adult atlas.

Had a great first day at Software Carpentry python course today, thanks @alistairwalsh, @peter_goodin, and helpers, for putting it on! Also it was really nice to be at Swinburne again. So many imaging memories, and such good coffee :)
