I've done these sample giveaways. Long ago product companies hired "samplers" to advertise their product in stores. Usually older reliable folks needing quick cash. Now it's mostly company workers that shift from store to store, but you'll sometimes get the product companies hires. Rules at the time: 3 was the limit on meat items to any one person unless it was a kid then it was 2 items max. Dry products was always 1 unless it was an older grandparent type then it was 2. Never walk more then 5ft away from your station and all cooking products (hot plates mostly) had to be unplugged, cleaned & covered when on break. No one other then the employee is allowed to handle the product until it's plated (with a napkin, toothpick, paper/foam cup or plate) &/or served to them. All facial & body protection (apron, hair and beard nets) are to be worn while on duty.

The intent of the OP was why do they do the makeup that way. I gave a basic overview as to the genetic difference allowing them to do it. And other comments in the thread may provide clarity as too (a +30yr anime fade?) socially why they do it. There are two parts of the puzzle. One is availability (genetics) and the other choice.

It’s imperative that we revert to STANDARD, not Daylight time, for two reasons, one of which you may have never considered. You know the first: solar noon is closest to 12 o’clock all year. That means an equal number of hours before and after noon each day. This also means earlier sunrises which are significantly better for establishing a healthy circadian rhythm. The second reason is that nearly ONE THIRD of US counties are in the wrong timezone. A significant swath of the country isn’t only an artificial hour ahead because of daylight time… but TWO HOURS ahead of true solar time. Year-round daylight time, especially without recalibrating time zones, would establish this error permanently, affecting millions of Americans. We should be letting the Sun dictate the day the way God made it. Arbitrary, artificial tampering would be worse for us all. Fix the time zones and affix standard time.
