#YouthInCrisis @MelodyXaba During recent looting etc - the young woman that supports herself through baking and selling cakes to people in her community, did not loot, because she can support herself. How do we help our youth to support themselves by the time they are 18?

#YouthInCrisis Waseen: We have structural unemployment. We need radical solutions. We need the right management at TVET colleges. We need private sector people to help the public sector - or to at least collaborate. @HenleyAfrica

#YouthInCrisis Waseem: Majority of young people go to university and get a job. TVET colleges are not attractive environment. TVET has lower budget too. Outcomes are less than university. Corporate treat TVET graduates different to University graduates. @HenleyAfrica

#YouthInCrisis @Africadean To make money in business is not easy. The majority of this country cannot thrive unless they get skills and quickly. Where are the TVets? The education system is useless. How are we going to change that? @HenleyAfrica
