There needs to be an urgent discussion about the proportion of tahini to puréed chick pea for the ideal hummus. I'm in favour of 'some' tahini but 'not too much'. Further notes: should the ideal hummus have 'crunch' or 'no crunch' ie not quite 100% puréed chick pea? Or 100%?
