Realization for the day: When stupid rules supercede your own best judgment, it is really just some dude with power reaching across time and space to say: "Hey buddy, use my best judgment instead!"

I've got a head full of doubt over my ability to pull off what I'll be attempting in the first half of 2024.

I think I need to write a mystery that is solved by a detective who realizes that the couple over 50 would have never voluntarily eaten spicy chili after 7:00 PM.
