@FionaEMWhyte We are just busy. Its not the fault of the students, just as its not the fault of the mums with babies or the older couple or young families or any other kind of demographic. Also, no one waited for 20 minutes for a table yesterday to my recollection!

@FionaEMWhyte To try and make the most amount of people happy. We get complaints like this a lot about our student customers. We ourselves were students only about 5/6 years ago. They're spend A LOT and also they give the best vibes. We're not going to discourage them from coming in.

@BookNookStir it’s never going to make money if the place is full of ‘laptop users’ occupying a table with a glass of water. Staff need to push them on in favour of paying customers who are waiting for tables, like 3 of us wanting coffee and cake. Had to wait 20 mins for a table
