@TheMasterThatch Lovely! Made me instantly think of an old illustrated copy I once had of Laurie Lee's book, Cider with Rosie, I always wanted to live in the house pictured within its pages. Happiness to you in your new home.
Sat in a wild acre, on the edge of the marshes, a long forgotten cottage.
As soon as I saw it, I knew I wanted to live here.
And this weekend, on the winter solstice, as the light begins to return to all our lives, I shall be spending my first night here.
This shall be home.

Home at last after 2 long days at The British Library, London exploring Leonardo da Vinci's techniques & intentions, my heads still buzzing with ideas! These are few of my exploratory drawings using lumps of mined chalks, just as da Vinci would have used them over 500yrs ago.
