@bookingcom admits a 'system error' caused an overcharge on my booking, yet they’re forcing me to pay for THEIR mistake now and wait 5 months for a refund! This is unacceptable!

I also would not recommend booking through Stay for long (@StayforlongEng ?); they still owe us money for a room they ended up not reserving last summer, and they are almost impossible to reach through their customer & other services. ☹️

@bookingcom You should also know there are many accounts on X trying to get in touch and get my details to scam me and pretend to be a customer service agent. This is highly embarrassing on your end. People are in need and this is your service.

@bookingcom Do not use this service. I booked a trip to Richmond, VA to spend time with my new grandbabies. Unbeknownst to me The hotel was in a bad neighborhood. I left early and charged me additional fees and booking.com will not work with me to refund money.
