She said it was inappropriate for me, so I went to find my grandfather and he checked it out for me. I will always appreciate him for that.

I don’t actually know if the Iceberg Slim titles are on an official banned book list. I just know when I went to check out Trick Baby from the public library in 7th grade, the librarian wouldn’t let me.
