I avoided it for a very long time. Mainly because it can have a lot of calories and wouldn’t make me feel full or satisfied other than wanting to eat more and more of it, Also; the stuff in the shop is often full of a lot of preservatives and funky stuff. Might be an issue, might not. I try to eat as much simple food as possible. I now have it once or twice a week. Usually just with butter and salt as a bit of a treat. If you can eat it in moderation, no big deal. It will just be part of your overall diet… it’s the diet and lifestyle as a whole that’s most important, not a couple of slices of bread per day. Probably better to choose a yuppy loaf without all the chemicals… nothing wrong with some butter either. That’s my take

This might be a post for linked in. After 3 successful seasons coaching girls soccer I hung up the clip board. A legendary career - undefeated - coach of the year 3x - expert at cartwheels and in game handstand practice Today, I dusted off my clip board. I have accepted the head coaching role of under 10 orange at my local basketball club. Tuesday next week will be my first game at the helm. Excited Nervous Hopefully I’ll be drilling 3 basic concepts 1. Glue sticks - find your player. Stay with them. 2. Smelly armpits - hands up on defence, hands up grab rebounds 3. Mosquitoes - move, move move. Get open. I will report back after my first game. Thank you for your attention and support.
