Crews have been out clearing and treating roads since this morning, Friday, Feb. 6. Snow-covered roads are expected to clear quickly thanks to rising temperatures (above freezing!), adequate pavement temperatures and salt applications. Stay safe, Boone County!

Boone County rescinded its Level One Snow Emergency, effective Wednesday, Jan. 28 at 3 p.m. Officials urge motorists to continue to use caution on roadways as isolation slick spots may still be present.

Boone County has downgraded to a Level 1 Snow Emergency, effective Jan. 27 at 9 am. Drivers are encouraged to drive carefully. Slow down, increase following distance and watch for slick spots on roadways.
