Boomer alert question - a while back I was gifted an Amazon Fire TV. I have no idea how these work but I used it from December 2024 until I moved in March 2026. Today I attempted to connect it to the internet and noticed it was still logged into the Amazon account of the person who purchased it for me. I logged them out and attempted to log into my Amazon account. Then I got this notice telling me the whole TV has been reported as lost or stolen. Does this mean that this television is effectively useless? Again, I’m a boomer with this stuff. Thanks!
