LHS announces the launch of the Ephesians 4:12 Project! Inspired by our mission to Grow and Serve in Christ, the Ephesians 4:12 Project is made possible by a grant from The Lutheran Foundation of St. Louis. Focused on two goals: Spiritual and Academic Growth | Enhance our curriculum with a new Curriculum Coordinator to support our teachers and ensure a rigorous, Christ-centered education. Expanding Access | For families that qualify, remove financial barriers through short-term tuition assistance and ultimately match donor gifts to offset a student’s financial need. Spiritual Highlight of the Week Thank you to Angie Steinbacher, Children's Ministry at Zion Lutheran Church St. Charles for leading Chapel this week! She shared a powerful message centered on Ephesians 2:8–10 and the theme “Serve the World.” We were reminded that we are saved by grace and, as children of God redeemed through Christ, we are free to serve, give, and love others. What a meaningful reminder of our purpose—living out our faith in action each day.

Kemp North and Luke Krenning wrapped up their time at the DECA ICDC by attending the Grand Awards Ceremony—and what a finish! Congratulations to these students for earning the DECA Silver Seal in the Entrepreneurship Team Decision-Making Event! Not only did they represent LHS on the international stage, but they also made history as our first-ever DECA ICDC qualifiers! We are so proud of your hard work, dedication, and achievement. Varsity Prom!

For their Day of Service, our freshmen rolled up their sleeves and got to work! They spent the day beautifying campus—mulching trees, clearing honeysuckle along the trail, and picking up trash around the building. Inside, they cleaned and organized the weight room, science room and PE room to make it a better space for everyone. But they didn’t stop there… together, they packed an incredible 21,000 meals for Kids Against Hunger! Update from Atlanta! Kemp and Luke attended the DECA International Career Development Conference Grand Opening Session alongside more than 14,000 students from around the world! Competition testing and role-play case studies are officially underway. Best of luck to Kemp and Luke as they compete at the Georgia World Congress Center!
