@BootsUK just had one of your pharmacists in Plymouth, Drake Circus have a horrid attitude towards me. I’ve just had an appointment with pharmacy first and a prescription has been sent through and I went to the desk as I was being called forward and she was very rude and curt.

@BootsUK my wife ordered yesterday (order number 833371163) and paid for next day delivery (due today, Sat 23rd). According to your website, delivery can be up to 2100 but there has been no delivery. She had the email confirming despatch but no delivery. This is not good enough

@BootsUK Package arrived empty. At least the cardboard made it safely. Now refusing to refund me so the customer is at a loss. Seems unfair! Over 10 emails sent now someone needs to deal promptly! Unhappy customer!
