Hoyo games get datamined to hell and nobody’s ever found anything malicious. Apple/Google also verify every app and they abide by the same rules as US apps

Most gacha games are chock full of audio for dialogue for every character and typically rely on FMVs for more sophisticated cutscenes. Umamusume has multiple dances and songs that are large video files.

They won’t win but Xbox focusing on Xbox/PC ecosystem, releasing great games, having great hardware. They can attract a hardcore crowd but they need to be willing to accept that number won’t go up fast enough

XSX is not selling, too expensive and at a loss. New hardware would be more expensive. Opening the platform like PC would make it even worse
