Kael steps closer, catching her hands gently, but firmly, his touch grounding, steady. His gaze holds hers, unwavering, a quiet encouragement in his eyes as he lets her feel his presence. “Take a deep breath,” he murmurs, tone soft, but purposeful.

“So cats are little 𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙧𝙨.” He says, tone smooth with a tone that doesn’t really portray if he’s serious or joking. “But I get it,” he replies, voice low, and more engaged now. “It’s like letting it happen instead of forcing it, right?”

“Trying 𝘵𝘰𝘰 hard? Never thought I’d hear the infamous Mary Jane say that,” he teases gently, voice smooth and just a touch amused. “Come on, MJ. You’re tougher than a few lines on a page.” He picks up the script, glancing at it with a raised brow. “Cats always lie, huh?”

“If you came just to stare, I can recommend better scenery.” He doesn’t bother to turn fully, letting his words hang in the air. “Subtlety isn’t your strong suit, is it?”
