@BorosilRenew@Borosil I’m done following up with your customer service team for an invoice for the product I purchased from your website. Despite multiple attempts, the invoice has not been provided. As a result, the warranty period is over for the defective product you sent me.
@Borosil Service request BE06042600067 raised on 6 April. Product picked up on 10 April (motor issue). Still not returned as of 22 April. Was promised resolution by 25 April.

@Borosil I purchased hydra bottle 750ml but it’s defective despite multiple mails I keep getting generic response I sent photo,Video,invoice and a new ask on every mail is this is customer policy this is very disappointing

The response from customer care is negative that it is not covered in warrant
If product is of bad quality then why sell and let customer suffer?
