@BoschUK shocking customer services. Purchased American fridge freezer from Curry’s, delivered on 11 October. Issues with installation, leaks, damaged door. Over 8 hours spent on the phone. Several days waiting in for yet more technicians. £70 offered as goodwill - insult!

Had several washing machines over my time and always brought cheapish ones and never had an issue. Could finally afford to buy a better model, so I brought a @BoschUK one. Had it 2 months and it’s already broken. Just proves price is no guarantee of quality.

@BoschUK Very disappointed in the customer service today. On second use, my paint sprayer stopped working. Bosch told me to send back, and @FedexUKline would collect today. I’ve taken day off, and waited… and no one has shown up! Contacted CS via email, they’ve not responded.
