What on earth can force a family to bring out the body in a hole of the house instead of the door?

In Ankole, traditionally, if a man dies when he has not produced any children, and the house has one door, his body is not supposed to be taken out through the main door. Instead a part of the house is broken to create another passage for removing the body.
