Akwa Ibom State is the only State in the world where the state governor will spend billions of state scares resources to build an office complex then hoping the headquarters of oil companies will move there just because the state is the highest oil producing state in Nigeria. The National Orientation Agency should be an independent institution that should be funded and oversee by private individuals who still have integrity and the love of the country at heart.
