Why should Atiku back down when Obi hasn't proven his loyalty and support for northern interests?
Yes he has said it and preached about the potential of the north with the right leadership.
So have I.
So should Atiku step and and say "I'll back down and give my full support to Ossana"?
Politics is about interest. Peter Obi shouldn't be goaded into believing he's the alpha and omega else he won't be humble enough to follow in the shadows of Atiku, and that'll be his greatest undoing cos after 2027, his next shot will come in 2039, by which time he'll be too old.

Agba with all due respect, Obi is a very respectable candidate and we all love him. Saying Tinubu can't defeat him, in my own opinion "if the ADC give their ticket to Obi today, APC will be declared winner before 12noon" that i can assure you. You see,Obi isn't a rugged candidate that can stand Tinubu and APC at the moment.He will be bullied out. He's too soft to stand Tinubu in power.He need to have a good part with Atiku, Atiku is his bulldozer. He first of all need to clinch the Vice Presidential ticket with Atiku first and get close to power. By then APC would have been off the road then he can build on that. APC are praying Obi is given the ticket, that you can take to the bank. The only person they're afraid of is Atiku.They know he understand the game and they can't bully him.He's a lord too in their game. So Atiku/Obi is the only ticket that can compete.Thank you

Elrufai and Kwankwaso are solidly behind Obi. And unless the ADC wants the country to be divided along North and South (which Tinubu will much likely push if Atiku gets the ticket), then Atiku should win

@jon_d_doe Once you hear the word "Delegate" it's already transactional. The only time delegate make money is that time. Until that is removed from our politics it will still be transactional. This is why I said Obi isn't granded in this game.
