I don't believe the #Lions 'window' is closed. In theory: upgrade at OC, Shep takes a step forward as a DC, Dan goes to clock management camp, Branch and Joseph are healthy, Alim returns to form. Sucks to lose Anzalone/Amik but the core is still here. Fix the culture.

@BosscherBen But Tigers fans don’t give a shit about the WBC. It’s not even the Olympics. We care about the Detroit Tigers and what he can do for this team this season. Not one single player from team USA would select winning the WBC over the World Series. That there says it all.

It’s incredibly disappointing to see Americans dismiss the WBC Players born outside the US cares about winning the WBC more than a World Series Meanwhile, our best pitcher sits out and people from Detroit are suppose to celebrate? No. Should Larkin have skipped Olympics too?

Detroit should celebrate Tarik Skubal for not pitching tonight. He chose the Tigers over a poorly organized exhibition. His outing 9 days from now against the Padres is a hell of a lot more important than the WBC. Great decision by the Tigers ace. Bring on the real thing.
