Die Brandmauer muss weg! Was für eine hysterische Aufregung. Es sollte doch ein völlig normaler parlamentarischer Vorgang sein, dass sich der Mehrheitswille des Landtages in einer Sachfrage durchsetzt. Die Brandmauer ist undemokratisch und das BSW plädiert für eine neue demokratische Kultur, in der das Argument zählt und niemand ausgeschlossen wird. Wir stimmen immer in der Sache ab – egal mit wem. Es trüge dem Wählerwillen Rechnung und würde die Landtage wiederbeleben, wenn endlich grundsätzlich mit wechselnden Mehrheiten regiert werden könnte. Das wäre Demokratie pur! In Sachsen-Anhalt und Mecklenburg-Vorpommern werben wir für ein solches Modell, weil es die besten Chancen bietet, dass sich der Mehrheitswille der Bürger durchsetzt. Es wäre auf jeden Fall auch besser als eine absolute Mehrheit der AfD, die bei vielen Fehlentwicklungen – Meldestellen, Einschränkung der Meinungsfreiheit, regierungsfinanzierte NGOs – nur das Vorzeichen verändern würde. Die undemokratische Brandmauer muss endlich weg. Wir brauchen eine rationale, an der Sache orientierte Politik, um die Polarisierung der Gesellschaft überwinden zu können.

It is not age bias. It's just how it is. I am 49, I am at the cutting edge it's my job.
But many of my 40s friends don't have a clue about latest technology, and why should you?
But when you are a fkng Senator, and you are opposing TECHNOLOGY, and she clearly doesn't understand it, then yes I say 76 years old, she won't understand cryptography, blockchains, permission less, counter party risk, DLT, consensus, etc. and it shows clearly because of the points she is opposing.
At 76, it means when she was in her learning years, they did it all with paper and libraries. Different era.
Most people in their 70s understand AI at a usage level (eh they know what ChatGPT is), but 99% won't know what LLMs are. And so if a senator gets up and say opposes a AI innovation Bill, claiming AI will take over humans, that opposition comes from a pure lack of understanding of how LLMs work.
Same thing for crypto, Clarity is a technology enabler, not a policy rewrite. It means banks can ALSO participate, and not exclusively.
That's the argument, and the banks doberman Warren is doing their bidding.

Current noise on Clarity is creating volatility, driven by @SenWarren who in my view is highly biased and lacks innovation or insight. I suppose when you have someone over 70 in office, they are not really gonna understand this stuff.
