Mostly here for Sports. The most Patriotic thing you can do is, respond when your country needs you. I’m also trying to be woke. (Emphasis on need)

I really hope the Patriots don’t give up their 2027 1st in order to get AJ Brown. Supposed to be the best draft class in recent memory.

@0Bronco @SharpFootball Mcglinchey was a 1st rounder. I mean they didn’t draft him, but the signed him. Which is spending even more resources than just drafting him.

@BostonKid508 @SharpFootball Wrong, 1 tackle who was a first rounder and a guard who was a third rounder. The center was drafted in the 5th. The rest are FA

@SharpFootball Both guys had terrible QBs. Given the situation, I bet Pittman developed worse habits. But Waddle clearly is a potential #1. Pittman is probably a elite #2

@NIKNBAYT Honestly, watching Tatum as a secondary option that can be a point forward… It’s special. Tatum is a technician while Brown is playing Jazz. They are such a great match. Think of this: Tatum as Magic, Brown as Kareem. But the opposite in a way.

The Celtics employ two large wings who, with Jaylen Brown playing as the number one option without Tatum, have faced nearly every defensive coverage teams can offer. Both players score, rebound, pass, and provide defensive versatility This is a dream for most teams but a reality for ours. Don’t take it for granted

Another sad day for the city of Boston. In front of Robert Parish, no less. This used to be a place where basketball fans cherished the game itself, not the worthless activity of throwing your hands in the air just because someone in the next section did it. In this city's glory days, people would have just enjoyed the Payton Pritchard-Pat Spencer matchup without looking for another source of entertainment. It's time for Boston to regain its pride. Restore its integrity. And, once and for all, stop doing the wave.

@MJRodnick @PFF I don’t see positional value there for Pats, given their depth. But maybe you stack the position of strength?

@JoeLFGPatsPod @MJRodnick Sure, but I think trading back makes sense too. All depends how the board falls. But getting an impactful edge AND offensive weapon would be ideal.

I seriously don’t get the “name a better player at that pick” argument when people talk about trading picks. You’re not drafting a player for his standalone value in year 1. You’re drafting him for 4 years of cost control and, ideally, many more years of good football beyond that. The value is in the long-term asset, not just the immediate return.
Wip@RileyMossMuse

@daniel_rotman15 @KyleMosca1 Who in this years draft would be available at 30 thats better than Waddle? Tell me again how its an overpay.

@RealAlexBarth Depending on how the board falls, I’d be excited if the trades back in the early 2nd round and got extra picks to potentially move up and get 2 solid 2nd rounders…
