Witherspoon and Gonzalez both want to reset the market. They both win by waiting and hoping the other guy signs first. The dream scenario is another CB signs an extension first driving their numbers up even more.

You don’t have #3 currently. White was a #6 to close the season. They need a #3 and a 4b to win a chip.
Scheierman and Queta are a solid 6/7. Yes Queta can start at Center, but in the playoffs you need a big (C or PF) that can shoot, rebound and defend bigs to sub.

Mike Brown needs to start getting credit.
Last year I was confident the Knicks would lose because Thibs would run them into the ground. I was right.

The Knicks haven’t lost a game in a month, have won 10 of their 11 playoff games by double digits, their 2 losses are by 1 point each, and the two Western Conference teams are involved in the type of battle of attrition we haven’t seen years. The Knick are winning the title.

Pretty amazing for a season they used to get under the apron’s and reset the cap.
They’ll probably upgrade and concentrate talent to a top 7-8.

It’s 1am aka peak “Thinkin Bout The Cs” hours.
One note I have on OKC is that they are consistently going 10 deep in these Playoffs. Relying on the depth that has helped become the machine that they are.
Will always wish we had seen more of that from our staff these Playoffs.

@CelticsDale Boston isn’t 10 deep. Boston doesn’t have a single bench player as good as good as Alex Caruso, Jared McCain, Jaylin Williams, Cason Wallace or Ajay Mitchell. If Brad wants to be 10 deep he needs to start hitting on those draft picks with high quality role players.

This is a decent package if you’re Milwaukee. Definitely guts Miami to the point where it’s worth wondering if it’s worthwhile.
C’s would have a tough time beating this without a 3rd team.

The Heat are the odds-on favorite to land Antetokounmpo in a trade. Here is the package some NBA officials told me the Heat is offering the Bucks and my personal opinions on each the individuals involved: * Tyler Herro — Potent scorer, fringe All-Star. But injury prone: Missed 49 games last season and 20 games two years ago. * Jaime Jaquez Jr. — Just one start last season and projects to be more of quality sixth man than full-time starter. * Kel’el Ware — Young (just 22), talented but wildly erratic. Reminds me of Hassan Whiteside. Remember him? Exactly. * Draft picks — This year’s 13th overall pick, which should be a potential starter, and two future firsts. The latter pair will likely be late first-rounders and we all know how Horst has fared with late first-rounders. CONCLUSION: Respectable offer … if your goal is to be a middle-of-the-pack team for the next six years.
