Bright side of the Braves-Red Sox game, Sox won't get shut out.

Seems like Tracy is going to keep Bello in all game. Gives up 6 runs in 4 innings, 4 of which are from 2 home runs. The opener was working so I don't get why they'd want to change it now. Especially when the team can't hit.

Red Sox get a win behind Contreras' homer and Tolle's arm. At least they're not getting swept by the Braves. They also gave Chapman a good hat now with the right American flag.

Trevor Story is heading to the IL and the Red Sox are calling up Nick Sogard. Hopefully they're putting Sogard at 3rd, Mayer at 2nd, and Monasterio at short in the near future.

Anyone else notice the flag on Chapman's hat is upside down?

At what point do the Sox send Durbin to the minors?

With the release of the Patriots schedule today, I'm thinking they can get 12 wins if/when Brown comes on board. They should make it right back into the playoffs again this year. Another exciting season less than 4 months away.

Full schedule is out and I am so happy we have a bye week 11 and another bye in week 18. Let's Go Pats!

Red Sox win and Chapman is 9 for 9 on save opportunities. The pitching has been solid all year so far minus a few hiccups. They need to trade for a bat. Can't waste the talent the Sox have in the rotation.

Sox lose a close one. 2 to 1. It was a pitching duel for most of the game. Bello looks a lot better with an opener. I'm okay with this going forward. The team just needs to hit. Until Henry loosens up his wallet and pays for talent, this team is going nowhere.

NESN needs to work on their camera angles still. Abreu's swing looked like a home run and it came up short. Fenway is the only ballpark where that isn't a home run.

Other teams must love pitching to Trevor Story. Guy either strikes out, swings out, or hits into a double play. Didn't think I'd say this a year ago, but I rather have Yoshida than Story

Tracy is just what this team needs. If they don't make him the manager after his interim stint, that would be a huge miss by the Sox. Pay the man.

Payton Tolle gets the start vs TB on Sunday, Mother’s Day. Payton lost his Mom Jina to colon cancer two years ago. She used to always say to him, "Be a Tigger not an Eeyore!" I asked Payton about that shortly after his MLB debut last year. Great advice for us all!
